(RO) Incepand cu 2 iunie 2025, dl Andrei BRICEAC exercita functia de Agent Guvernamental la Curtea Europeana a Drepturilor Omului. Aceasta activitate de demnitate publica este incompatibila cu activitatea de avocat. In legatura cu aceasta, Andrei BRICEAC si-a suspendat activitatea de avocat si de conducator al PBP Law Firm. In calitate de nou conducator al PBP Law Firm a fost ales domnul Boris MALACHI.
(ENG) Starting from 2 June 2025, Mr. Andrei BRICEAC will serve as Government Agent at the European Court of Human Rights. This public position is incompatible with the practice of an attorney. In this regard, Andrei BRICEAC has suspended his practice as an attorney and as managing partner of PBP Law Firm. Mr. Boris MALACHI has been elected as the new managing partner of PBP Law Firm.
