Education and Biography

TRAINING

/Activity suspended starting with June, 2025/Appointed as Government Agent at the ECtHR/

Andrei qualified in 2008, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law. Two years later he was awarded a Master’s Degree in Law.

In 2010 he founded PBP Law Firm.

In 2014 he was selected (by contest) by the US Department of State for an internship in Washington D.C., where he learned about advocacy for human rights.

In 2018 he completed the Advanced Programme in Law and Economics at the Riga Graduate School of Law.

In 2022 he awarded another Master’s Degree in Law at the University A.I. Cuza in Iași, Romania. (Anticompetitive agreements)

He is a university lecturer and author of articles, studies and papers.
