Today, December 13, 2024, the XXIII Ordinary Congress of the Moldovan Football Federation took place. The governing bodies and members of independent commissions were re-elected.
Mr. Andrei BRICEAC was elected as a member of the Appeals Commission for a 4-year mandate.
The Appeals Commission is the supreme judicial body of the FMF. The judicial bodies ensure the settlement of disputes arising between affiliated members of the FMF in the process of conducting any type of football activity, as well as the application of disciplinary sanctions according to FMF regulations. The settlement of disputes, attributed according to the competence, is exclusively carried out by the judicial bodies of the FMF, in the person of the members of these bodies. The members of the judicial bodies are vested with the power of decision in the cases examined, and in their activity they are guided by the provisions of the Statutes, the Regulations of FIFA, UEFA, FMF, as well as the legislation in force.
