Andrei qualified in 2008, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law. Two years later he was awarded a Master’s Degree in Law.

In 2010 he founded PBP Law Firm.

In 2014 he was selected (by contest) by the US Department of State for an internship in Washington D.C., where he learned about advocacy for human rights.

In 2018 he completed the Advanced Programme in Law and Economics at the Riga Graduate School of Law.

In 2022 he awarded another Master’s Degree in Law at the University A.I. Cuza in Iași, Romania. (Anticompetitive agreements)

He is a university lecturer and author of articles, studies and papers.

Over the years, Andrei learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.

With more than 15 years of experience, Andrei deals with complex legal issues in his areas of expertise.
